Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Small items can be shipped via UPS or USPS for a boxing and shipping charge.

If you forgot your bidding number & password, Click the "Register to Bid" link at the top of the page. Enter your e-mail address in the box just under "Forgot Password", you will be e-mailed your bidder number and password.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of item does NOT acknowledge their purchase(s), Oberman Auctions reserves the right to determine how and to whom the item(s) will be resold. If we determine the winning bid was not a bona fide, legitimate bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next or second highest bid. High bidders will receive an e-mailed invoice by 12PM (Noon) the day after the auction closes. We will also have a copy of the invoice at the removal location.
